Slow-motion gunplay is finally getting the attention it deserves
A lot of coverage and gameplay is starting to roll in for Max Payne 3 ahead of its May release, and Rockstar are now getting down to the big hook of the series – bullet-time.
The latest developer diary shows off the emphasis on using bullet-time effectively, as Max is usually out-manned and outgunned, and needing a slight tactical advantage in firefights.
Diving, dodging and landing precision shots in slow-motion is what bullet-time is all about, and a finishing kill-cam for each final kill only adds to the furious action of Max Payne 3.
